Waffles `n More in Central City

We had a fun day planned and thought we would start out with a fun breakfast. We we're super excited when we pulled up and it was super cute inside. Then we sat down and it all went down hill. None even acknowledged us for 15 minutes. Then they finally took out order. I ordered coffee to drink, that the waitress for some reason didn't have woth her already, and my wife ordered a Sprite. Then we waited another 15 minutes and still had no drinks and no contact with a waitress either. At this point we decided this was not worth it so we got up and left. Don't waste your time if serives is remotely important to you.

An absolute gem found by chance on road trip! You find a place like this and quickly realize the difference between good breakfast joints and bad. This one is fabulous! Real bacon cooked on the grill not microwaved . Fabulous home style cooking is a lost art buried in franchises and profit . This is one of my new favorites in America as I travel all over. Thanks! It was a wonderful breakfast!!

The lightest, most delicate waffles I've ever eaten. Everything was delicious and was cooked well--hashbrowns crunchy on top, chicken fried steak was top notch. Service was efficient, food was served quickly. Very friendly staff.

Portions are amazing! You will leave stuffed and satisfied. The employees are wonderful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

We got rite in the wait was a little long but the staff did a good job of getting orders out ina timely manner.

Expect a long wait to be seated...and to place your order....and to get your food at busy times. I ordered something I normally don't eat (my fault not theirs) but everyone else thought the food was great. The service was VERY slow as I don't think they have enough staff.

Always great food and service. Breakfast or lunch. Lots of seating, so bring friends. Open to 1:30 pm. Low cost and good food.

The food was good and reasonable prices the only bad thing was the wait for your food. It was 1 hour before food was delivered after ordering.

Dont make any of their workers wear masks and allow groups larger than 8. During a covid outbreak. When me and my sister say something the owner and waitress were very rude. The only other time I've eaten here they undercooked all my food. Disgusting place disgusting workers. Only went because it's one of 2 breakfast places in town. I hope it closes, so gross

Complete disregard for the CDC’s COVID recommendations. Every table was packed, not one employee was wearing a mask. I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but I was severely disappointed and honestly disgusted.

Waffles has very good food. Reasonable prices. If your in a rush and its busy best to go else where. They go as fast as they can to give you food service and good quality food. Well worth the stop. I am very fond of their rubens.
